Strategy and planning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services, increase brand awareness, and attract new patients.
Campaign management:
Create, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital, print, and community events.
Content creation:
Collaborate with medical staff to create informative and engaging marketing content for different audiences.
Online presence:
Manage the hospital's online presence, including its website and social media profiles.
Market research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and opportunities for growth.
Performance analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and report on results.
Event coordination:
Organize and participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance hospital visibility.
Sales and business development responsibilities
Sales targets:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Relationship building:
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
Lead generation:
Pursue new sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads and referrals.
Product promotion:

Contract negotiation:

Customer service:
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to ensure client and patient satisfaction.
Provide Details to patients, helping them understand the process involved in IVF treatment and offering customized payment plans.
Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our IVF packages to needy people, with the goal of converting inquiries into confirmed treatment plans.
Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their treatment process.
