Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and marketing efforts aimed at attracting customers and creating strategic tie-ups with hotels, communities, corporates, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying target entities for partnerships, and meeting monthly targets set by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to enhance the brand visibility and attract a larger customer base.
Create an operational plan for the execution of marketing initiatives, including tie-ups with hotels, communities, corporates, and other relevant stakeholders.
Partnership Development:
Identify and approach potential partners for collaborations and tie-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hotels, communities, corporates, and other entities to promote the Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems brand.
Revenue Generation:
Implement initiatives to drive revenue through the promotion of Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems within partner organizations.
Meet monthly targets for the number of entities reached, tied up, and revenues generated.
Target Entity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify potential target entities for partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in business development strategies.
Multilingual Communication:
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Telugu to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate partnership agreements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on the progress of marketing and business development initiatives.
Analyze data to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and marketing roles, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Candidate need to have hands on experience in B2B, B2C, DIRECT MARKETING, MARKET PROMOTIONS, ATL & BTL Activities.
Candidate should be a master in calculating the ROI of the works of marketing team.
Candidate should be familiar with Digital Marketing Concepts. for promotion of product and services.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Working Conditions:
10 hours of duty in a day.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
