- Strategic Planning & Execution

- Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events to drive foot traffic and sales.

- Brand Management

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail channels.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling in-store signage, displays, and digital assets.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer needs.

- Develop and execute in-store and online promotional campaigns

- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and visual teams to optimize product placement

- Manage point-of-sale materials, signage, and displays

- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution

Skills Needed:

- Strong understanding of retail dynamics

- Creativity in visual merchandising and promotions

- Data-driven decision-making

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with brand goals

- Manage ad budgets and negotiate contracts with agencies and media outlets

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content (TV, print, digital)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
