Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with 5+ years of experience to lead strategic business initiatives, build strong channel partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the fintech or BFSI space and a proven track record of expanding market reach and acquiring high-value customers.

Job description

:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across fintech products including digital lending, wealth management, and insurance distribution. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and customer acquisition. Manage end-to-end sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing -- across institutional and retail segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, risk, and technology) to align business growth initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine business development tactics. Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline development, sales performance, and revenue forecasting.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, banking, or NBFC domains. Strong network within financial services ecosystem (lenders, aggregators, fintech enablers, etc.) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
