We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Manager with an MBA and 0-3 years of experience in conducting and managing face-to-face (F2F) meetings. This role focuses on building client relationships, executing on-ground campaigns, managing events, and enhancing brand presence through in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and strategic in handling live customer engagements and partner meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute F2F client meetings, field visits, trade fairs, and partner meetups.
Develop customized pitch decks and marketing materials for live presentations.
Support the sales team during on-ground customer acquisition and retention activities.
Identify strategic locations for brand engagement and lead-generation opportunities.
Gather real-time customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
Track and report on the effectiveness of face-to-face initiatives (ROI, conversion, feedback).
Work closely with digital, branding, and product teams to align on-ground efforts with overall strategy.
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for meetings, events, and client interactions.
Experience in BTL and local marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
