job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives..

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online ads. Manage offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions. Create and manage engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding. Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute lead generation strategies and monitor conversion rates. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends. Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors. Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, real estate preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM software, SEO tools). Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
