Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail marketing, preferably in textiles or jewellery, with a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive footfall, and boost sales both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Swarnakanchi's textile and jewellery lines. Manage promotional campaigns for new product launches, seasonal sales, and festivals. Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing with product trends and customer demands. Lead digital marketing efforts: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer outreach, and online ads. Coordinate offline marketing: newspaper ads, hoardings, flyers, event sponsorships, and in-store branding. Analyze customer insights, trends, and competitor strategies to refine marketing plans. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management. Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns. Plan and oversee in-store events and exhibitions to enhance customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, textiles, or jewellery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with an eye for design and customer preferences. Experience managing teams and working with agencies/vendors. Knowledge of local and regional market trends in textiles and jewellery is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
