What's the job: Marketing Manager



What you'll do on the job:



Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to build a strong digital presence, drive demand, and support the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention. Drive qualified traffic to websites and landing pages through SEO, paid search, paid social, and content marketing, while tracking leads, conversions, and key performance metrics. Plan, execute, and optimize the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with a strong focus on B2B engagement. Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora, Capterra, and other relevant channels to increase brand awareness and conversions. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives against defined KPIs and ROI, using dashboards and analytics tools. Define and continuously improve a long-term SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization. Plan, create, and execute email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including newsletters and promotional campaigns, using marketing automation tools where applicable. Provide creative input for content marketing initiatives, including website updates, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets. Collaborate closely with designers, product, and sales teams to improve user experience, messaging, and conversion funnels. Analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.) and apply insights to optimize campaigns. Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI-driven tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them.

You'll meet our requirements:



Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in a B2B software or SaaS product company. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, performance marketing, and demand generation best practices. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and B2B paid channels such as Quora and Capterra. Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into digital marketing workflows to enhance search performance, campaign optimization, content strategy, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics, driving measurable business impact. Up-to-date knowledge of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and experience using analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, or similar. Experience in content creation or content strategy, with the ability to align messaging to business and campaign goals. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
