Fuel and Flex Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Manager
to oversee and manage the company's accounting operations. The role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining & preparing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day accounting operations including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
.
-Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure
accurate and timely processing of transactions
.
-Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
-Monitor
cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
to support management decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with
GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
.
-Coordinate with other departments for
financial planning and reporting
.
-Provide
financial insights and recommendations
to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
-Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing
-Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation
-Familiarity with branding and product positioning strategies
