To develop and manage hospital marketing initiatives and strengthen corporate, institutional, and referral relationships to enhance patient inflow, brand visibility, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Branding
Plan and execute hospital marketing strategies (online & offline).
Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and health packages.
Coordinate health camps, medical awareness programs, and promotional events.
Oversee branding materials such as brochures, banners, standees, and digital content.
Monitor competitors and market trends to improve hospital positioning.
Corporate & Institutional Relations
Build and maintain relationships with corporates, industries, factories, and institutions.
Tie up with companies for health checkups, annual medical examinations (AME), and empanelments.
Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate HR teams.
Manage MOUs and agreements with corporate clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate accounts.
Referral & Outreach Development
Develop referral networks with clinics, diagnostic centers, and doctors.
Maintain strong rapport with referring physicians and partners.
Organize CMEs, doctors' meets, and referral engagement programs.
Coordination & Internal Liaison
Work closely with medical, nursing, billing, and front-office teams.
Ensure corporate and referred patients receive seamless services.
Support management in achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and corporate performance reports.
Track leads, conversions, patient inflow, and revenue from corporate accounts.
Maintain proper documentation of tie-ups and agreements.
