Manage and grow existing Workwear clients across corporates, industries, hospitals, and institutions.
Drive new business development for the Workwear vertical by identifying and acquiring potential clients.
Build the Workwear vertical into a strong, independent profit.
Work closely with the Operations and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of workwear uniforms and supplies.
Identify and implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the Workwear segment.
Build long-term client relationships by ensuring consistent service and satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements:
3-5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B / Apparel / Corporate Uniforms / Workwear).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and scale a vertical.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve growth targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory; four-wheeler is an added advantage.
Willingness to
travel frequently
within Coimbatore (local travel only).
