Job Description

TAAC CBSE School is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in insurance sales or EdTech sales to lead student admissions marketing, brand visibility, and outreach initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, and adaptability to the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor annual marketing strategies aligned with admissions targets. Lead school admissions campaigns (online and offline) including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions. Manage field marketing activities such as school visits, seminars, parent meets, roadshows, and counselor engagement. Drivedigital marketing initiatives in coordination with agencies (social media, Google Ads, CRM leads). Build and manage local partnerships Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and parent expectations to improve outreach effectiveness. Coordinate closely with academic teams, PROs, and front-office staff to ensure smooth admissions flow. Track and reportdaily/weekly/monthly marketing performance metricsto management. Ensure compliance with school branding, ethics, and CBSE guidelines in all promotional activities.
Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales, EdTech Sales, or Institutional Marketing. Proven track record in target-driven environments with team handling experience preferred. Experience in education marketing or admissions will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of B2C sales funnels, parent counseling, and lead conversion. Should be ready to learn and adapt. Male candidates preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to plan, execute, and close marketing initiatives independently. Willingness to learn and adapt to the CBSE school education system. High level of ownership, discipline, and ethical working style. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
