- Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Chennai
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and executing integrated marketing strategies to support sales objectives across real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop project-level and brand-level marketing strategies.
Plan and manage marketing budgets, calendars, and campaigns.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and inventory movement.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Drive digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground campaigns.
Manage performance marketing agencies and digital partners.
Track CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
Brand & Communication
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Oversee creatives, content, brochures, hoardings, and collaterals.
Manage PR, events, site launches, and brand activations.
Digital & CRM Coordination
Monitor website performance, social media presence, and online listings.
Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Analyse customer insights and campaign effectiveness.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage creative agencies, media partners, and event vendors.
Coordinate with project, sales, and leadership teams.
Ensure timely execution and quality control of all marketing initiatives.
