Sanbrix is looking for a highly experienced and authoritative Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong decision-making ability, sharp marketing judgment, commanding communication skills, and complete ownership of the marketing function.
This role demands a leader,not a coordinator
someone who can drive marketing strategy end-to-end, take accountability for results, and influence business growth directly.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the entire marketing strategy for Sanbrix projects (Commercial & Residential).
Plan, execute, and control offline & digital marketing campaigns with full accountability for ROI.
Take independent marketing decisions based on market intelligence, data, and experience.
Develop and manage project-specific marketing plans aligned with sales targets and construction timelines.
Handle branding, positioning, and communication strategy across all channels.
Strong command over:
Digital Marketing (Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media)
Offline Marketing (BTL, ATL, Site Branding, Events, Hoardings)
Work closely with Sales, CRM, and Leadership teams to convert marketing into revenue.
Evaluate agency performance, vendors, creatives, and media spends.
Monitor CPL, CAC, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Represent marketing discussions confidently with top management.
Ensure marketing messaging reflects project readiness, construction progress, and brand credibility.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8-12 years of marketing experience, mandatory in:
Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure companies.
Proven success in handling project launches, lead-driven marketing, and brand building.
Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies independently.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communications (MBA preferred).
