Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to improve performance
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales tools is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
