Job Description

Maintain and regularly update the customer database for outreach and follow-ups.

Send brochures, WhatsApp messages, and company profiles (SKR profile) to potential customers.

Cold calling And fixing appointment with potential customers.

Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.

Follow up on shared quotations to address queries, negotiate terms, and move the sales process forward.

Convert leads into confirmed orders and finalise agreements or contracts with customers.

Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company, showcase offerings, and generate new business leads.

Drive team to generate business.

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 10 + exp in construction / real estate /Constructions

Location : Madurai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
