Job Description

Oriental Cuisines Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Marketing Manager with strong experience in Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR marketing. This role involves handling branding, digital marketing, ATL and BTL activities, new product launches, and vendor management across multiple restaurant brands. Candidates from FMCG or Retail background need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
Plan and execute promotional and branding activities
Prepare and submit marketing performance reports
Provide market trends, competitor analysis, and new product insights
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within approved budgets
Track and control marketing spends and income
Support day-to-day advertising requirements such as posters, print ads, and digital creatives
Lead new menu and product launches
Coordinate with media agencies and advertising partners
Manage vendors across Pan India restaurant locations
Obtain cost estimates, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables
Oversee and manage social media activities
Coordinate with digital agencies on brand campaigns
Create monthly digital marketing calendars
Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies
Handle multiple restaurant brands in a deadline-driven environment
Develop branding plans for all outlets
Create and execute BTL activities along with the sales team
Create creatives independently when required on priority
