The Marketing Manager will lead all branding, patient acquisition, digital outreach and local promotional activities for BM Clinics. The role focuses on building strong visibility, driving footfall, and maintaining a premium brand experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns for clinic services
Coordinate with designers, digital teams and vendors for creatives and ads
Manage social media, content calendars and performance tracking
Handle local promotions, partnerships and referral programs
Monitor lead flow, patient queries and conversion funnels
Maintain brand standards across online and offline communication
Support event planning, awareness drives and community outreach
Requirements
Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness or service-based marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, reels, content and analytics
Good communication, coordination and execution skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
