Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our school admissions efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team leadership, with a passion for education and a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with parents and school stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive student admissions across assigned schools and regions. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors and PRO's. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet enrollment targets. Conduct parent counseling sessions and school presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, school principal, and community leaders Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and admissions pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Qualification - Graduate (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in counseling and relationship-building with parents and school authorities Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to represent and position the school effectively in competitive markets
