Job Summary:

Adithya Global School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead school admissions marketing, enhance brand visibility, and drive outreach initiatives that attract prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support school admissions Manage digital and social media campaigns, website updates, and online branding Plan and execute school outreach programs, community events, and parent engagement activities Coordinate school visits, open houses, and promotional events Create and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and digital content Monitor lead generation, follow-up, and conversion in coordination with the admissions team Build partnerships with preschools, educational consultants, and local communities Lead and support the marketing team in achieving enrolment targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5-10 years of experience in marketing (preferably in schools or K-12 education) Strong communication, digital marketing, and public relations skills Ability to work closely with parents, students, and the school community Proven ability to manage events, campaigns, and team coordination
