The

Landscape Marketing Executive

is responsible for developing new business opportunities by meeting architects, builders, and designers to identify upcoming landscape projects. This role focuses on relationship-building, project sourcing, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of landscape work for the company.

Key Responsibilities1. Architect & Builder Outreach

Visit architects, landscape designers, construction firms, and builders regularly. Present Mall of Gardens' landscape services, portfolio, capabilities, and company profile. Maintain strong relationships and follow up for new project opportunities.

2. Project Lead Generation

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, villa, resort, and institutional landscape projects. Collect project details such as site location, scope of work, timelines, and key decision makers. Share leads with internal team and assist in project qualification.

3. Sales Coordination

Coordinate with estimation/design teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Update CRM with lead stages, follow-ups, and conversion status. Support in site visits and client meetings when required.

4. Marketing & Branding Activities

Distribute brochures, portfolios, samples, and company branding materials. Attend architecture events, exhibitions, and networking sessions. Promote new services, offers, or seasonal campaigns.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily visit reports and submit to manager. Track all visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Provide weekly performance summary.

Skills Required

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills. Strong networking ability with architects & builders. Understanding of landscape services and project basics (training will be provided). Negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Experience

1-3 years in marketing/sales (preferably in architecture, interiors, construction, or landscaping).

Education

Any degree in Marketing / Business / Architecture / Civil / Horticulture is preferred.

Pay: ?12,789.08 - ?30,474.37 per month
