: Responsible for Growth and Image of the hospital Brand, Patient outreach, Marketing of hospital offerings, Community engagement, Institutional partnerships.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
:
Strategic Marketing & Planning
? Responsible for overseeing the hospital's overall marketing strategy, including field marketing, corporate and institutional outreach, building and growing local area referral networks, and overall digital marketing initiatives.
? To formulate brand strategy and plan.
? Assist management in exploring new service delivery opportunities (New patient segments, population/ demographic groups, geographical areas etc.).
Brand Communication & Content Development
? In collaboration with other stakeholders develop appropriate patient education and service delivery related materials across print, digital and other avenues, including content development, design, and uptake.
Campaign Planning & Execution
? To plan focused campaigns for specific target patient populations in line with the larger patient outreach and marketing strategy.
Events Management
? Ensure successful execution of hospital related events and provide event management leadership and support to other teams and departments in executing various activities like CMEs, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Service launches etc.
Market Research & Insights
? To carry out user needs assessments and related research activity (Surveys, focus groups, qualitative interviews etc.) relating to marketing strategies.
Field Marketing & Relationship Development
? Provide leadership for field marketing activities including building referral relationships that align with SMF's institutional ethos and mission and vision.
Institutional & Partner Collaboration
? Serve as a key liaison between SMF and other institutional and group company partners
? Collaborate with other teams (patient relations, service delivery, digital health) on collecting, analyzing, and responding to patient feedback, and to utilizing insights for further program development.
Digital Marketing
? Provide leadership on overall digital marketing strategy
? Lead planning and execution of social media strategy in line with SMF's mission and vision, and drive increased patient engagement through digital platforms
? Serve as point of contact with any third-party vendors and closely manage partnerships
? Liaise with Clinical lead for digital health on clinical initiatives and services as needed.
Stakeholder Management
? Engage, communicate and coordinate with all internal stakeholders effectively, and utilise their feedback to refine strategies and marketing operations
