We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations in the construction sector. The ideal candidate should have strong field marketing experience, the ability to manage a team, and a proven track record of driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales growth in construction or real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns including site promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies.
Oversee creation of brochures, flyers, digital content, and promotional materials.
Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and external vendors.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Prepare periodic performance reports and present outcomes to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Hands-on experience in field marketing, customer handling, and site promotions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
