We are a leading manpower contracting and staffing service provider. We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager (5+ Years Experience)
to drive client acquisition, develop marketing strategies, and expand our manpower staffing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and target new clients for manpower supply and staffing services.
Develop marketing strategies to increase business in manufacturing, logistics, solar, FMCG, and corporate sectors.
Meet HR heads, Plant managers, and decision-makers to present manpower solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
2. Marketing & Branding
Create and implement marketing campaigns for staffing and contract manpower services.
Promote company services through digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and events.
Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the staffing industry.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and staffing requirements.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and negotiation.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure service satisfaction.
Handle client queries, requirements, and contract renewals.
Conduct periodic client visits and feedback meetings.
5. Coordination & Operations Support
Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client manpower needs.
Ensure timely deployment of candidates to client locations.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline client onboarding.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly, monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Suggest improvements to enhance business volume and reach.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Staffing, Manpower Contracting, or HR service marketing.
Strong understanding of blue-collar/contract staffing industry.
Proven experience in client acquisition and corporate marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
