Collaborate with internal teams (visual merchandising, product development, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Create marketing materials and oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Organize and manage in-store events, promotions, and product launches to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform campaign strategy and identify trends or opportunities.
Manage budgets for marketing activities and evaluate the ROI of campaigns
Cultivate relationships with vendors and advertising partners for effective execution of campaigns.
Report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Expertise in digital and in-store marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail marketing or similar roles.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to fast-paced retail settings.
