Marketing Manager (Real Estate & Resorts)

Location: Coimbatore (Real Estate project at Anaikatti)

Salary: ₹50,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹1,00,000

Age Limit: Below 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the telecalling team to convert leads and close deals from start to end.

Manage client interactions with patience, confidence, and hospitality.

Ensure excellent customer experience during site visits and deal closures.

Follow up with clients regularly and maintain strong relationships.

? Preferred Backgrounds:

Candidates from Finance, Banking, Car Sales, or any field with marketing/sales experience are welcome.

? Skills Required:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good presentation and interpersonal skills
