Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in flooring products, paints, and construction chemicals.
Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
Train and guide the sales team (if applicable) to achieve collective business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
