We are a 200-bedded multispecialty hospital committed to delivering patient-centred healthcare. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our hospital's outreach, branding, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance providers, and community partners.
Organise health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
Drive referral-building activities with doctors and clinics.
Oversee digital marketing, social media promotions, and content creation.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business growth.
Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and ensure target achievement.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
Proven ability to manage campaigns and deliver results.
Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office; digital marketing knowledge preferred.
Self-motivated, energetic, and open to local travel.
Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration (BBA / MBA)
2-3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred.
Valid driving license.
