Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market presence. Lead a team of digital marketers managing strategic business units, while closely collaborating with the design and web development teams. Plan and execute ATL activities, including print, TV, radio, and outdoor advertising on demand. Strengthen brand presence through integrated online and offline campaigns, PR, and strategic partnerships. Liaise with creative agencies for campaign briefs, content development, and execution. Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Support franchise centres with localised marketing strategies and tools to drive visibility and enrollment growth. Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and ensure high ROI on marketing investments. Analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to refine and optimise marketing efforts.
