Provide training and performance evaluation for team members.

Plan and organize showroom launch events, seasonal festivals, and influencer marketing.
Coordinate with local celebrities or influencers for brand association.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Analyze customer behavior and sales trends specific to the market.
Collect feedback from customers, staffs for improvements.
