Job Description

Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies to build brand presence and consumer connect. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, and promotions. Coordinate with design and production teams for brand positioning and product visibility. Manage marketing activities (social media, online campaigns, influencers, etc.). Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Should have 5 years of Marketing experience with good exposure on B2C marketing.

Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for end-to-end marketing execution.

Proven experience in Marketing (not Sales) with focus on branding, promotions, campaigns, and consumer engagement.

Candidates from garment industry / retail / fashion marketing experience are preferred. Excellent understanding of B2C market trends, consumer behavior, and digital + offline marketing strategies.
