Job Summary



The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, enhance brand visibility, and increase patient inflow. The role involves managing hospital branding, digital marketing, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities to ensure the hospital's growth and reputation in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve hospital business goals. Promote hospital services (clinical specialties, health packages, preventive health check-ups, etc.) through online and offline channels. Plan and manage digital marketing strategies including website, SEO, social media, and online reputation management. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs for business growth. Organize health camps, CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, awareness events, and community outreach initiatives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively. Monitor patient feedback and support hospital branding to enhance patient experience. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events. Generate reports on marketing performance and provide insights to management.

Qualifications



Education

: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.

Experience

: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitals/healthcare.

Knowledge

: Familiarity with hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and patient engagement strategies.

Key Skills



Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and branding. Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills. Expertise in digital marketing and social media promotion. Ability to build corporate tie-ups and referral networks. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
