The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase footfall, boost sales, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty within the retail sector. The role demands strong expertise in retail dynamics, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and local market insights to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive store traffic, product visibility, and seasonal sales.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Brand & Communication Management
Strengthen brand positioning across all retail touchpoints (store, digital, outdoor, print).
Oversee creative development for advertisements, signage, catalogues, and POS materials.
Manage digital presence including social media, website, and online campaigns to enhance engagement.
Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, festive promotions, and store launch events.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximize reach and ROI.
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Design and drive loyalty programs to improve repeat business.
Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to align strategies with customer needs.
Implement CRM strategies to improve retention and enhance lifetime customer value.
Team & Budget Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing executives/associates.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Merchandising teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience
