Marketing Manager

at Uniantechno, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. You'll be responsible for building strong brand presence, generating qualified leads, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of market trends, campaign management, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Oversee digital marketing, content creation, branding, and advertising. Manage social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, tech) to ensure campaign alignment. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to guide strategy. Plan and coordinate promotional events and campaigns, including political branding efforts. Monitor budgets and ROI for all marketing initiatives. Generate reports and insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Lead and mentor junior marketing team members. Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

Pay:

?30,000 - ?50,000 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Morning shift May require extended/flexible hours during campaign seasons or client deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms Proficiency in English (Required) Ability to think creatively and analytically Knowledge of political marketing is a plus
