Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at
lead generation and brand visibility
Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) to drive
quality inbound leads
Design and implement offline marketing initiatives including brochures, hoardings, site branding, and exhibitions
Identify and manage advertising on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers to increase referral leads
Organize property launches, open houses, and customer engagement events
Work closely with the sales team to
track lead conversions and optimize campaigns
Monitor and report on performance metrics, campaign ROI, and competitor activities
Manage CRM tools and ensure timely follow-up of leads through automation and remarketing
Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media for timely execution of marketing deliverables
