As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of Challani Jewellery. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring ATL and BTL marketing campaigns for Challani Jewellery, focusing on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and promoting new product launches.
ATL Marketing:
Contribute to media planning, including television, radio, print, and digital advertising. Work with external agencies to create compelling ad creatives and media buys.
BTL Marketing:
Develop and implement direct marketing activities such as in-store promotions, events, exhibitions, customer loyalty programs, and influencer collaborations.
Experience: 5+ years
of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. Experience in both ATL and BTL marketing is strongly preferred.
Branding & Communications:
Ensure consistent and effective communication of the Challani Jewellery brand message across all channels.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
Content Creation:
Support in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements, while adhering to brand guidelines.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget for both ATL and BTL activities and track ROI for campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, product, and PR) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
ATL & BTL Expertise:
Proficiency in managing and executing Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns (TV, radio, print, digital) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities (events, promotions, direct marketing).
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and customers.
