JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and establish relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our EdTech offerings.
? Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations for students and faculty to showcase our final year projects and internship opportunities.
? Generate leads by meeting college administrators, department heads, and student representatives.
? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
? Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content to increase brand visibility.
? Provide counseling and guidance to students on project selection, internship benefits, and career opportunities.
? Maintain records of meetings, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
? Gather feedback from students and institutions to improve services and offerings.
? Participate in college fairs, career expos, and networking events to expand outreach. Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or education sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
? Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
? Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at relationship-building.
? Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
