Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives in the software development field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for software products and services. Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve company goals. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content). Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Plan product launches, events, and promotional campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively. Track, measure, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs). Build strong brand positioning through innovative marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4-7 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in software/IT industry). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
