We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote the hospital's services, strengthen brand visibility, and support patient engagement initiatives. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies that align with the hospital's mission, values, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and health programs.
Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Organize health camps, community outreach programs, seminars, and promotional events.
Collaborate with doctors, departments, and management to create accurate and patient-friendly promotional materials.
Monitor market trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to improve marketing effectiveness.
Manage branding activities and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for advertising and publicity.
Track and report marketing performance metrics and prepare regular activity reports.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare or service-industry marketing preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
