Role- Marketing Manager Location- Thane Experience- 2-4 years Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to create an effective marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and target markets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop insights. 2. Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials, website, and social media platforms. 3. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content creation, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media management. Drive traffic and generate leads through various online channels. 4. Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create compelling and informative marketing collateral, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, to showcase our expertise and value proposition. 5. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs. 6. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and build partnerships with potential clients and industry stakeholders. 7. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers. Leverage public relations to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 8. Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the management team on key performance metrics.9. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources effectively across different marketing initiatives. 10. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions. Requirements: 1. Education: Master\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in the aerospace industry or technology-driven sectors will be advantageous. 2. Experience: Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or technology-related company. Experience in the drone industry is a plus. 3. Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and insights to make informed marketing decisions. 4. Digital Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. 5. Creative and Innovative: Ability to think creatively and devise unique marketing approaches that differentiate our services from competitors. 6. Leadership and Teamwork: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide marketing initiatives. 7.
