Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
to oversee branding, promotional, and dealer marketing activities for
TATA Tiscon
in the Kochi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective marketing strategies, dealer engagement, and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to promote TATA Tiscon products.
Develop and implement dealer-level marketing programs, branding materials, and local promotions.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales targets.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and customer preferences.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI from campaigns.
Oversee digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Liaise with channel partners, retailers, and builders for brand promotion activities.
Organize trade meets, events, and exhibitions to increase market penetration.
Track campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
B2B & channel marketing
in building materials or steel industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and branding tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented with strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
