Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Floor Manager with minimum 3 yrs experience to lead our Bengaluru branch.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day studio operations, ensuring seamless client experiences

- Foster a welcoming environment, driving exceptional customer service

- Adopt a sales-driven approach, prioritising client satisfaction and loyalty

- Coordinate with tattoo artists to ensure timely, high-quality services

- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and appointments

- Oversee inventory of tattoo supplies and equipment

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Kannada (local language)

- Proven leadership experience in customer service or sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Excel

- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently

Pay: ₹14,438.79 - ₹25,000.00 per month
