We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Marketing Manager/ Sr. Marketing Manager
to take full ownership of sales planning . The ideal candidate should be a multitasker who thrives in dynamic environments and can ensure strong brand presence across both physical and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Exhibition & Event Management - Core Focus
End-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions and trade shows
Vendor coordination for stall design, printing, logistics, branding materials, and promotional items
Pre-event planning, budgeting, and approvals
On-ground execution and post-event analysis/reporting
Coordination with sales team for lead collection and follow-ups from exhibitions Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Page, Website)
Coordinate with SEO team for content creation, blog posting, and GMB optimization
Monitor company's online reputation, reviews, and ratings
Contribute content for magazine articles, interviews, and social campaigns
Sales Support & Coordination
Weekly sales team management and performance tracking
Fortnightly sales reviews and reporting
Daily follow-up on team visit reports and enquiry sheets (from all sources like Indiamart, cold calls, website, email, etc.)
Support in preparing monthly marketing and sales strategy plans
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2 - 5 years of experience in exhibition/event management and marketing coordination
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in multitasking, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
