highly hands-on team member
based in Bangalore. This person will help us
deliver impactful marketing activities across content, digital, and events
, supporting our global expansion and day-to-day operations.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen - from writing social media posts to coordinating campaigns and helping the team stay on track. If you're organized, reliable, and action-oriented, you'll thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels
Draft newsletters and support regular email marketing campaigns
Coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, case studies, flyers)
Upload and manage content on the company website and CMS platforms
Support webinar and event logistics, including registration, outreach, and follow-ups
Maintain and clean contact databases and lead lists
Liaise with vendors and creative teams to deliver assets on time
Track and report basic performance metrics (email opens, social engagement, etc.)
Help collect, organize, and format customer testimonials and success stories
Coordinate updates to internal documents, pitch decks, and sales collateral
Skills & Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in publishing, SaaS, or B2B services
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency across materials
Basic content creation and copywriting skills (e.g., social posts, emails, captions)
Experience using tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or similar
Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple tasks in parallel
Eagerness to learn, execute reliably, and take ownership of tasks
