We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager - Solar Products with a strong background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of solar products, particularly Module Mounting Structures (MMS), and will be responsible for driving market penetration, lead generation, and brand positioning for solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for solar products, including MMS, modules, and related BOS components
Drive lead generation across EPCs, developers, installers, and institutional clients
Identify and develop new market segments for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects
Work closely with sales and technical teams to support bid management and proposal development
Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations
Manage client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions related to MMS
Support branding, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as EPC contractors, consultants, and developers
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil preferred) or equivalent technical qualification
5-10 years of relevant experience in solar products marketing or business development
Strong knowledge of Module Mounting Structures (fixed tilt, tracker systems, rooftop and ground-mounted MMS)
Understanding of solar project lifecycle, EPC processes, and tendering
Proven track record in lead generation and market development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation
