Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Solar Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing and business development efforts in the commercial solar segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record in commercial solar sales. This role will be based in
Edapally, Kochi
, and will focus on generating leads, closing B2B deals, and driving brand awareness in the regional solar market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services, specifically targeting commercial clients.
Generate and manage leads through both online and offline channels.
Meet sales targets and grow the company's presence in the commercial solar sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and provide customized solar solutions.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune marketing efforts.
Manage digital campaigns, events, and B2B promotional activities.
Prepare marketing and sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of overall marketing experience, with
minimum 2 years in commercial solar sales
.
Strong knowledge of solar technology, products, and commercial solar solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
