The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity to manage campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality work and meet performance goals.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email, content marketing, and social media.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create promotional materials and product launch campaigns.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness against KPIs.
Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proven ability to develop creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content strategy, and email marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
