Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement.
Identify and establish partnerships with doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Create and implement promotional activities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Maintain and analyze sales data, performance reports, and growth forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and operational goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
5-10 years
of proven experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma sales & marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ability to plan and execute business development initiatives independently.
Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
