Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Strategist
with a strong background in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives, particularly for
SaaS products
. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, strengthening brand visibility, and achieving product-market fit through innovative, data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will own strategic planning, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize profitability and market share while ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies aligned with SaaS business objectives and product lifecycle goals.
Identify, segment, and prioritize target audiences to drive engagement, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
Define compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks to position products competitively.
Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitor research to uncover trends, pain points, and differentiation opportunities.
Plan and execute demand generation initiatives across digital, email, social media, and paid marketing channels.
Drive lead nurturing, customer retention, and churn reduction through targeted lifecycle campaigns.
Design and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with content and creative teams.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
Use insights and analytics to continuously optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
Prepare regular reports on spend, performance, and outcomes for leadership review.
Stay updated on emerging SaaS marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Experiment with innovative marketing approaches and share learnings to promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within a
product-based or SaaS company
.
Proven experience in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Solid knowledge of strategic marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred
