Marketing Manager
to grow our brand presence, strengthen community engagement, and drive enrollment.
Job Overview
The
Marketing Manager
will lead all marketing initiatives to promote the school, increase admissions, and build lasting relationships with parents, communities, and partners. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication to represent Welmont School's values and programs effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive student enrollment.
Conduct market research to understand parent needs, local competition, and education trends in Jaipur.
Create annual and monthly marketing plans with clear goals and performance metrics.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Manage all digital channels including website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and online ads.
Monitor and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social ads) to increase engagement and inquiries.
Maintain consistent and compelling school branding across platforms.
Content & Communications
Plan and produce creative content: blogs, newsletters, brochures, flyers, videos, event promotions, and press releases.
Write clear, persuasive copy for advertisements and promotional materials.
Work with designers, photographers, and content creators as needed.
Community Engagement
Build partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and parenting groups.
Organize events -- open houses, workshops, school tours, community programs -- to attract and engage prospective parents.
Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Performance Tracking
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (enquiries, conversion rates, ROI).
Use insights to refine strategies and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain CRM data for leads and parent communication
Team & Collaboration
Supervise or coordinate with internal team members and external agencies.
Work closely with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to align messaging and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing -- preferably in education, childcare, early learning centers, or service sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
Experience in local community outreach and event management.
Familiarity with the Jaipur education market.
